A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
ADOPTING THE 50TH AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION NO. 96-137 BY APPROPRIATING
$8,100 FOR USE OF THE FRESNO CONVENTION CENTER EXHIBIT
HALL FOR BOTH THE FOSTER CHILDREN HOLIDAY AND THE
HOPE FOR THE HOLIDAYS PARTIES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 96-137 be and is hereby amended as
follows:

THAT the purpose is to appropriate $8,100 of General Fund contingency for use of the
Convention Center Exhibit Hall for both the Foster Children Holiday and the Hope for the Holidays
parties.

NOTE: Adoption of this Amendment will reduce the General Fund Contingency by$8,100,
leaving a balance of$8,600. Total use of General Fund Contingency funds to date is$41,400.
