A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
ADOPTING THE 34TH AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION NO. 96-137 BY APPROPRIATING
$1,200 FROM COUNCIL DISTRICT 1 TO ABSORB ONE-HALF OF
FEES FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR FRESNO GOLD
AND SILVER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 96-137 be and is hereby amended as
follows:
