A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO,
CERTIFYING THAT PROVISIONS HAVE BEEN MADE FOR
SEGREGATION OF THE EXISTING ASSESSMENT TO EACH OF
THE NEW PARCELS BEING CREATED BY PARCEL MAP NO. 96-11
WHEREAS, OAKMONT RETIREMENT COMMUNITIES, ( "Subdivider")has filed
with the City a final map of Parcel Map No. 96-11; and
WHEREAS, said parcel map proposes to divide land subject to a special assessment;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 66493 of the State Subdivision Map Act, the
Subdivider is required to provide for the segregation of existing assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council must certify that said provisions have been arranged by
the subdivider.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT:
The Council of the City of Fresno has determined that provision has been made for
segregation of the responsibility of each of the proposed new parcels for a portion of the
assessment payment obligation in the manner provided in the State statute pursuant to which
the assessments were levied or to which the bonds were issued.
