ADOPTING THE 10TH AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION NO. 96-137 BY APPROPRIATING
$1,111,100 FOR FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION AIRPORT
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 3-06-0087-23 FOR GRANT FUNDED
NOISE ATTENUATION OF HOMES IN A NOISE IMPACT AREA OF
THE FRESNO AIR TERMINAL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III Of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 96-137 be and is hereby amended as
follows:
