A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
ADOPTING THE 77TH AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION NO. 96-137 BY APPROPRIATING
$18,100 FOR THE ACQUISTITION OF EASEMENTS FROM
SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD NECESSARY FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF NORTH CHANCE AND NORTH ROWELL
AVENUES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 96-137 be and is hereby amended as
follows:

At the Council meeting of June 4. 1997 , Council adopted the attached Resolution No. 97-96,
or took other legislative action, entitled Amending the AAR to appropriate$18,100 for acquisition
of easements from SPRR necessary for construction of N. Chance and N. Rowell , by the
following vote:
