A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO
ADOPTING THE 56TH AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION NO. 96-137 BY APPROPRIATING
$500,000 FOR PURCHASE OF THE AIR CARGO BUILDING AT
FRESNO YOSEMITE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 96-137 be and is hereby amended as
follows:

At the Council meeting of 1/21/97 ' Council adopted the attached Resolution No. 97-12 , or
took other legislative action, entitled appropriating $46,000 for relocation of street lighting
facilities within the Freeway 168 Extension Phase II from Shields Ave to Gettysburg Ave , by
the following vote:
