This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the Notice of Voluntary Parcel Merger recorded as
Document No. 2016-0043251 on April 7, 2016, the property line adjustments approved for the subject
Voluntary Parcel Merger, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66499.20 3/4
of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 15-4203 of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcel hereinafter shall be considered the lot of record.
