THE EAST SIDE OF NORTH WINERY AVENUE SOUTH OF EAST ASHLAN AVENUE
(APN: 493-180-29 and 32)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the Notice of Voluntary Parcel Merger recorded as
Document No. 2016-0005784 on January 19, 2016, the property line adjustments approved for the
subject Voluntary Parcel Merger, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section
§§66499.20 3/ of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-1211.1 of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcel hereinafter shall be considered the lot of record.
