THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF EAST GREEN SAGE AVENUE AND NORTH BLUE
SAGE AVENUE.

This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the Notice of Voluntary Parcel Merger recorded as
Document No. 2012-0163298 on November 13, 2012, the property line adjustments approved for the
subject Voluntary Parcel Merger, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section
§§66499.20 3/4 of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-1211.1 of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcel hereinafter shall be considered the lot of record.
