WHEREAS, GRANVILLE AT BARSTOW INC., a California Corporation, entered
into a Statement of Covenant providing for temporary storm drainage facitities for the Final
Map of Tract No. 5597, Phase 1 of Vesting Tentative Map No. 5597, and recorded on
December 21, 2012 as Document No. 2012-0184304, Fresno County Records, hereinafter
referred to as the "Statement of Covenant;" and
WHEREAS, the property affected is more specifically described in said Statement
of Covenant; and
WHEREAS, the Subject Property is being subdivided pursuant to the Final Map of
Tract No. 6044; and
WHEREAS, the Director of the Public Works Department has determined that the
continued existence and enforcement of said Statement of Covenant for the Subject Property is
no longer necessary upon the recording of the Final Map of Tract No. 6044.
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of said Statement of Covenant,
the City of Fresno does hereby release the Subject Property from said Statement of Covenant
and that it shall be of no further force or effect.
