PETER D. COHRS, being duly sworn, deposes and says:
That the following corrections or additions to the map of Tract No. 5368, as filed
in Volume 74 of Plats, Pages 55 and 56, in the office of the Recorder, County of Fresno,
have been made by me in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act:
As a result of the construction of permanent improvements for the above project, all lot corners, angle
points and ends of curves were not monumented as stated on said tract map. All locations are described
on exhibit"A"where monuments were set which deviate from the recorded map. All other monuments
conform to the map as originally recorded.
