That the following corrections or additions to the map of Tract 5096, as filed in Volume 70 of Plats,
Pages 52 thru 53 in the office of the Recorder, County of Fresno have been made by me in accordance
with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act:
As a result of the change of surveyor of record and the construction of permanent
improvements for the above-mentioned project, those monuments noted on Exhibit °A" have
been set in accordance with the notations on said exhibit. All other monumentation
conforms to the map as originally recorded.
