SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2017-06 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF NORTH FRIANT ROAD AND EAST AUDUBON DRIVE.
(APN: 402-220-73 (portion) and 76 (portion))
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on May 9, 2017 and
May 30, 2017, Document Nos. 2017-0056714, 2017-0056715, 2017-0056716 and 2017-0066020, the
parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and
conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 15-4202
of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record
