A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO ADOPTING
THE 94TH AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION
NO. 97-110 BY APPROPRIATING $13,000 OF MEASURE C REVENUE
TRANSFERRED FROM THE TRANSIT FUND INTO THE FLEET OPERATING
FUND FOR THE FIXED ROUTE TROLLEY SERVICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRESNO:
THAT PART III of the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 97-110 be and is hereby amended as
follows:

SUBJECT: 94TH AMENDMENT TO AAR TECHNICAL CORRECTION
On April 21, 1998 the City Council adopted the 94th Amendment to the AAR No. 97-110
appropriating $13,000 from the Transit Trolley fund to the Fleet operating fund for fuel
costs associated to the Fixed Route Trolley Service.
It has come to the attention of the Budget office that an error was made in the assignment
of the expenditure index code in the appropriations section of the resolution. The index
code indicated, 013706, should be 013714. All other elements on the resolution are correct.
This is a technical correction and does not effect the intent of the resolution. We are
asking that you make this memo and the attached corrected resolution a part of the public
record.
