RECITALS
WHEREAS, Jack R. Papazian and Gloria J. Papazian, Husband and Wife, as
Community Property, entered into a Covenant to Hold Property as One Parcel, recorded on
August 18, 1998 as Document No. 98115536 of Official Records of Fresno County, hereinafter
referred to as the "Covenant;" and
WHEREAS, the "Subject Property" affected is Lot 16 of the Final Map of Tract No. 4040
according to the map thereof recorded on August 22,1991 in Volume 52 of Plats, at Pages 83 and
84, inclusive, Fresno County Records; and
WHEREAS, the Director of the Development & Resource Management Department has
determined that the terms of said Covenant for the Subject Property have been satisfied and that
the continued existence and enforcement of said Covenant are no longer necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of said Covenant, the City of
Fresno does hereby release the Subject Property from said Covenant and that it shall be of no
further force or effect.
