This Certificate of Compliance is filed by the City of Fresno, County of Fresno, California
pursuant to Section 66499.35 of the Subdivision Map Act (California Government Code
Section 66410 et seq.) and Section 12-1212 of the Fresno Municipal Code.
NOTICE: This certificate relates only to compliance or noncompliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and local ordinances enacted pursuant thereto. The described
properties herein may be sold, leased, or financed without further compliance with the
Subdivision Map Act or any local ordinance enacted pursuant thereto. Development of
the properties may require issuance of a permit or permits, or other grants of approval.
WHEREAS, Harbour & Associates, Civil Engineers, 389 Clovis Avenue, Suite 300,
Clovis, California 93612, on behalf of FRESNO HERNDON DEVELOPMENT, LLC, an
Indiana Limited Liability Company, has requested a Certificate of Compliance for 1-
parcel described in the attached Exhibit °A" and hereinafter referred to as the "Subject
Property;" and
WHEREAS, the Subject Property is located within the jurisdiction of the City of Fresno;
and
WHEREAS, according to Fresno County ownership records for Assessor's Parcel
Number 410-031-03 (portion), the Subject Property is owned by FRESNO HERNDON
DEVELOPMENT, LLC, an Indiana Limited Liability Company, 7914 North Shadeland
Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46250; and
WHEREAS, the City is relying on the following documents for this certificate:
1. Parcel Map No. 2005-04 recorded on December 21, 2005 as Document No.
2005-0297989 in Book 65 of Parcel Maps, at Pages 57 and 58, Fresno County
Records. (created Parcels B and F)
2. Lot Line Adjustment 2007-50 as approved on April 9, 2009, Fresno City-
Development and Resource Management Department records. LLA 2007-50
was perfected on January 16, 2009 to adjust Parcels B & F of PM 2005-04.
3. Lot Line Adjustment 2009-03 as approved on June 3, 2009, Fresno City-
Development and Resource Management Department records. LLA 2009-03
was perfected on June 3, 2009 to adjust Parcels A & B of LLA 2007-50.
4. Parcel Map No. 2008-24 recorded on September 9, 2011 as Document No.
2011-0119356 in Book 70 of Parcel Maps, at Pages 97 and 98, Fresno County
Records. (created the Subject Property); and
WHEREAS, the Subject Property corresponds to the Remainder parcel of said Parcel
Map No. 2008-24.
NOW THEREFORE, the City of Fresno determines that:
A. The Subject Property complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act
and the Fresno Municipal Code for the following reasons-

easons:1. The Subject Property is the result of Parcels B and F of Parcel Map 2005-04
which were subsequently re-configured by LLA 2007-50 and subsequently re-
configured by LLA 2009-03 and as a remainder parcel of Parcel Map 2008-
24.
2. The requirements for the dedication of street easements and the provision of
public improvements were satisfied with Parcel Map 2005-04.
B. At the time of development of the Subject Property, additional dedication for
public easements (e.g., for purposes of public streets, utilities, pedestrian ways,
trails, bike paths, etc.) and the construction of additional public improvements
(e.g., public streets, sanitary sewer, water, storm drainage, etc.) may be required
as conditions for the approval of development entitlements and the payment of
applicable sewer connection charges, water connection charges and applicable
development impact fees.
