Date Bond No.: 24049884 Premium $137,188.00 SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE BOND Whereas, the City Council of the City of Fresno, State of California, and DCTN3 388 Fresno CA, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company ("principal") will be entering into an agreement whereby principal agrees to install and complete certain designated public improvements, which said agreement, identified as Subdivision Agreement for Parcel Map No. 2008-13 , is hereby referred to and made a part hereof; and Whereas, principal is required under the terms of said agreement to furnish a bond for the faithful performance of said agreement.
