I would like to bring to your attention two of the conditions that are factually incorrect. These are minor revisions, however I believe it is important to correct them to maintain an accurate and clear record for the future. The conditions requiring your attention are as follows: 1. Condition 1 under Legal Status of Site To Be Subdivided. The Assessors Parcel Number should be changed to 418-040-74. 2. Condition 6 under Modifications to Property Development Standards should be changed to delete the word"industrial" and to replace it with "commercial/office". DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO: Will Tackett, Planner III Planning Division FROM: Hilary Kimber,Parks Supervisor II (559.621.8794) DATE: October 17, 2007 SUBJECT: Tentative Parcel Map 2007-29 The Department of Public Works offers the following comments regarding TPM 2007-29: One street tree planted at the minimum of every 60'of street frontage is required. There are a total of twenty seven (27) street trees required for this project, seventeen (17)trees on North Sixth Street and ten (10) trees on East Shaw Avenue. Because this Parcel Map is submitted fora property that has existing buildings,a monolithic sidewalk and onsite landscaping, the Public Works Department will accept the existing trees in the landscape strip to the back of the sidewalk on North Sixth Street in-lieu-of street trees for that portion. There are also onsite trees on Parcel `G' which will be counted towards the street tree requirement for East Shaw Avenue. There are no trees on Parcel `E' therefore, any of the ten(1) trees lacking for East Shaw Avenue may be planted onsite within ten feet of the backside of the monolithic sidewalk to meet the street tree requirement.
