Dear Mr. Gray,
SUBJECT: SUBDIVISION FEES RELATED TO FINAL PARCEL MAP NO. 2002-32,
OF TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 2002-32
The City of Fresno Planning and Development Department, Building and Safety Services
Division, pursuant to the Conditions of Approval, dated May 12, 2003, have determined that a
Subdivision Agreement will not be required for the completion of the project. Additionally, the
Public Works Department has verified that all offsite construction requirements have been met.
This project is not located within the City's Urban Growth Management and the Urban Reserve
Boundaries, and under direction of the engineer, the Subdivider has elected to defer pre-payment
of applicable Fees and charges until issuance of building permits.
Please carefully review the attached Exhibit"B"which identifies the applicable Fees and charges
due prior to issuance of building permits.
If you wish additional information, please contact me.
Sincerely,
Jeff Beck, Engineer
