SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2015-21 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF NORTH FILBERT AVENUE AND EAST PRINCETON
AVENUE.
(APN: 310-250-16 (portion) and 310-524-06, 07, 08 and 09)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on December 18,
2015, Document No. 2015-0159529, and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book Guarantee Order
No. 1018-5059362 dated December 18, 2015, issued by First American Title Insurance Company, the
parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and
conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-
1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
