AVENUE ALIGNMENT.

This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on March 15, 2016,
Document Nos. 2016-0032926 and 2016-0032927, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject
Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the
State Subdivision Map Act and Section 15-4202 of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
