SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2015-17 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
EAST SIDE OF NORTH BLACKSTONE AVENUE BETWEEN EAST BULLARD
AVENUE AND EAST MESA AVENUE.
(APN: 409-191-14, 15, 16 and 17)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on January 29, 2016,
Document Nos. 2016-0010649, 2016-0010650 and 2016-0010651, the parcel line adjustments
approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of
Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 15-4202 of the Fresno Municipal
Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
