SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2015-16 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF NORTH WILSON AVENUE AND WEST CROMWELL
AVENUE.

This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on November 9, 2015,
Document Nos. 2015-0144028 and 2015-0144029, and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book
Guarantee Order No. 1004-5043046 dated November 24, 2015, issued by First American Title
Company, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been
perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and
Section 12-1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
