SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2015-14 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF NORTH THIELE AVENUE AND WEST SPRUCE AVENUE.
(APN: 504-260-27, 28 and 29)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on August 17, 2015,
Document Nos. 2015-0104454, 2015-0104455 and 2015-0104456, and the resulting parcels described
in Lot Book Guarantee Order No. 55601-1365637-15 dated August 14, 2015, issued by North American
Title Insurance Company, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment,
have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map
Act and Section 12-1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
