SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2015-11 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF WEST HERNDON AVENUE AND NORTH RIVERSIDE
DRIVE.
(APN: 504-091-60, 61 and 62)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on August 19, 2015,
Document No. 2015-0105925, and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book Guarantee Order No.
08040716-922-JMB dated September 17, 2015, issued by Commonwealth Land Title Company, the
parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and
conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-
1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
