SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2015-09 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
EAST SIDE OF NORTH ARMSTRONG AVENUE SOUTH OF EAST PRINCETON
AVENUE.
(APN: 310-250-16 AND 310-524-06)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on June 30, 2015,
Document No. 2015-0083141, and August 5, 2015, Document No. 2015-0100300, and the resulting
parcels described in Lot Book Guarantee Order No. 1018-4853855 EG dated August 5, 2015, issued by
First American Title Company, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line
Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State
Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
