SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2015-06 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF NORTH WEBER AVENUE AND WEST CLINTON
AVENUE.
(APN: 442-101-05, 06, 09, 22 and 23)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on December 31,
2015, Document No. 2015-0164581, and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book Guarantee Order
No. p-130542 dated January 4, 2016, issued by Stewart Title Guaranty Company, the parcel line
adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the
provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-1204(c) of the
Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
