SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2015-02 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF NORTH FRIANT ROAD AND EAST AUDUBON DRIVE.
(APN: 402-220-37, 60 and 61)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on July 1, 2015,
Document Nos. 2015-0084279 and 2015-0084280, and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book
Guarantee Order No. 2101-12001 dated July 2, 2015, issued by Placer Title Company, the parcel line
adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the
provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-1204(c) of the
Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
