(APN: 504-081-33 and 504-091-11, 28 and 43) This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on June 10, 2015, Document No. 2015-0073151, and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book Guarantee Order No. FFOM-TO15000751 dated June 23, 2015, issued by Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 12- 1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
