NORTH SIDE OF EAST KINGS CANYON ROAD BETWEEN NORTH ARMSTRONG
AVENUE AND NORTH TEMPERANCE AVENUE.

This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on March 12, 2015,
Document Nos. 2015-0029376 and 2015-0029377, and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book
Guarantee Order No. 1004-4302877 dated March 26, 2015, issued by First American Title Company,
the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and
conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-
1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
