SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2014-05 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF WEST LOCUST AVENUE AND NORTH INGRAM
AVENUE.
(APN: 303-112-34 and 35)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on October 28, 2014,
Document Nos. 2014-0121885 and 2014-0121886, and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book
Guarantee Order No. 55601-1299174-14 dated November 4, 2014, issued by North American Title
Insurance Company Title Insurance Company, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot
Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State
Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
