10 AND 11 OF TRACT NUMBER 5272, WEST SIDE OF NORTH DEVONSHIRE
AVENUE. (APN: 579-180-03, 04)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transaction recorded on May 1, 2014,
Document No. 2014-0049243, and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book Guarantee Order No.
CACTI 7710-7710-4441-045047066Z-CTIC-2014-G12 dated May 1, 2014, issued by Chicago Title
Insurance Company, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have
been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act
and Section 12-1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
