SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2013-10 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE
NORTH CORNER OF NORTH GATES AVENUE AND NORTH FIGARDEN DRIVE.
(APN: 509-030-67S and 68S)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on October 28, 2013,
Document Nos. 2013-0149632, and 2013-0149633, and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book
Guarantee Order Nos. G-2222-000061028, and G-2222-000061029 dated October 23, 2013, issued
by Stewart Title Guaranty Company, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line
Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State
Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
