SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2013-09 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
WEST SIDE OF NORTH MILBURN AVENUE, SOUTH OF WEST HERNDON AVENUE.
(APN: 507-020-88S, 90S, 95S, and 96S)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on November 13,
2013, Document No. 2013-0156641, and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book Guarantee
Order No. 2101-22559*1 dated January 27, 2014, issued by Placer Title Company, the parcel line
adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the
provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-1204(c) of the
Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
