SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2013-08 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF SOUTH CEDAR AND EAST CHURCH AVENUES.

This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on February 14, 2014,
Document Nos. 2014-0019578 and 2014-0019579, and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book
Guarantee Order No. 1004-4376586 dated February 14, 2014, issued by First American Title
Company, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been
perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and
Section 12-1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
