SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2013-05 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED OIV THE
SOUTH CORNER OF NORTH APRICOT AVENUE AND NORTH SADDLEBACK
AVENUE.

This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on April 23, 2013,
Document Nos. 2013-0058417 and 2013-0058418 and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book
Guarantee Order No. 55601-1227228-13 dated April 23, 2013, issued by North American Title
Insurance Company, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have
been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act
and Section 12-1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
