SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2013-01 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF WEST OLIVE AVENUE AND NORTH WARREN AVENUE.

This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on April 18, 2013,
Document Nos. 2013-0056474, and 2013-0056475, and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book
Guarantee Order No. 469674a dated April 18, 2013, issued by Stewart Title Guaranty Company, the
parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and
conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-
1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record_
