SOUTHEAST CORNER OF EAST NORTH AVENUE AND SOUTH CHERRY AVENUE.

This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on January 22, 2013,
Document Nos. 2013-0008683 and 2013-0008684 and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book
Guarantee Order No. CACT17710-7710-4441-045039315Z-Cl-IC-2013-G12 dated March 4, 2013,
issued by Chicago Title Insurance Company, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot
Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State
Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
