SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2012-18 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF EAST POWERS AVENUE WEST OF NORTH MAPLE AVENUE.

This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on December 31,
2012, Document Nos. 2012-0188653, and 2012-0188654, and the resulting parcels described in Lot
Book Guarantee Order No. LBG-4-CA1000-2594085 dated August 26, 2013, issued by Westcor Land
Title Insurance Company, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment,
have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map
Act and Section 12-1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
