(APN: 509-030-60S, 61S, and 62S) This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on December 14, 2012, Document Nos. 2012-0180573, 2012-0180574 and 2012-0180575 and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book Guarantee Order No. 2101-19761 dated December 20, 2012, issued by Placer Title Company, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
