SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2012-15 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
WEST SIDE OF NORTH SANDHAVEN AVENUE, AND THE SOUTH SIDE OF EAST
CLUB HOUSE AVENUE.

This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on October 1, 2013,
Document Nos. 2013-0139743, and 2013-0139744, and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book
Guarantee Order Nos. 2101-23151, and 21 01-231 52 dated October 15, 2013, issued by Placer Title
Company, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been
perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and
Section 12-1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
