SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2012-13 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF EAST NORTH AVENUE AND SOUTH EAST AVENUE.
(AFIN: 329-090-04, 05, and 09)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on December 6, 2012,
Document Nos. 2012-0176374, 2012-0176375 and 2012-0176376 and the resulting parcels
described in Lot Book Guarantee Order No. 4101-2019*1 dated December 7, 2012, issued by
Placer Title Company, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have
been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act
and Section 12-1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
