SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2012-12 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF EAST BUTLER AVENUE AND SOUTH TEMPERANCE
AVENUE.
(APN: 313-051-02, 03, 04 and 05)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on August 20, 2014,
Document No. 2014-0092422, and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book Guarantee Order
No. 1004-3820782 (MP) dated August 21, 2014, issued by First American Title Company, the parcel
line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the
provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-1204(c) of the
Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
