SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2012-11 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF WEST PALO ALTO AVENUE AND NORTH BRYAN
AVENUE.

This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transaction recorded on July 24, 2012,
Document No. 2012-0102256 and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book Guarantee Order
No. 1285367A-905-RC6 dated August 2, 2012, issued by Lawyers Title, the parcel line adjustments
approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of
Section §§664.12(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal
Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
