SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2012-10 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF EAST OLIVE AVENUE BETWEEN NORTH BROADWAY AVENUE
AND NORTH YOSEMITE AVENUE.

This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on August 27, 2012,
Document Nos. 2012-0119863 and 2012-0119864 and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book
Guarantee Order No. CACTI 7710-7710-4441-044112522Z-CTIC-2012-G12 dated August 27, 2012,
issued by Chicago Title Insurance Company, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot
Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State
Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
