SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2012-05 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF EAST DATE AVENUE, WEST OF SOUTH CHERRY AVENUE.
(APN: 328-240-03 AND 53 (portion))
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on June 25, 2012,
Document Nos. 2012-0087409, 2012-0087411, 2012-0087412 and 2012-0087413 and the resulting
parcels described in Lot Book Guarantee Order No. CACTI 7710-7710-4441-0441119502-CTIC-2012-
G12 dated June 28, 2012, issued by Chicago Title Insurance Company, the parcel line adjustments
approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and conform to the provisions of
Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal
Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
