SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2012-01 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF EAST KINGS CANYON ROAD, EAST OF SOUTH CLOVIS AVENUE.

This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on June 18, 2012,
Document Nos. 2012-0084277, and 2012-0084278, and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book
Guarantee Order No. NCS-511975-OR1 dated June 21, 2012, issued by First American Title
Insurance Company, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have
been perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act
and Section 12-1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
