SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2011-12 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF WEST HERNDON AVENUE BETWEEN NORTH MARKS AVENUE
AND NORTH VALENTINE AVENUE.

This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on February 1, 2012,
Document Nos. 2012-0014476 and 2012-0014477 and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book
Guarantee Order No. 1004-3934603 O dated February 3, 2012, issued by First American Title Company,
the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected and
conform to the provisions of Section§§66412(d)of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-1204(c)
of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
