SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2011-11 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
EAST SIDE OF NORTH BRAWLEY AVENUE BETWEEN WEST GETTYSBURG
AVENUE AND NORTH WEBER AVENUE.
(APN: 424-040-75, 76, 77, 87 AND 89)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transactions recorded on October 20, 2011,
Document Nos. 2011-0141955 and 2011-0141956 and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book
Guarantee Order No. 1004-3755218 DE (2) dated October 20, 2011, issued by First American Title
Insurance,the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been perfected
and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and Section 12-
1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
