SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 2011-02 FILED FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF WEST THOMASON PLACE, EAST OF NORTH VAN NESS
BOULEVARD.
(APN: 405-030-22 and 405-580-35)
This letter is to acknowledge that on the basis of the deed transaction recorded on May 11, 2011,
Document No. 2011-0063361 and the resulting parcels described in Lot Book Guarantee Order No.
CACT17710-7710-4441-045033221Z-CTIC-2011-G12, dated May 12, 2011, issued by Chicago Title
Insurance Company, the parcel line adjustments approved for the subject Lot Line Adjustment, have been
perfected and conform to the provisions of Section §§66412(d) of the State Subdivision Map Act and
Section 12-1204(c) of the Fresno Municipal Code.
The resulting parcels hereinafter shall each be considered the lots of record.
